We provide off road parking for up to 4 cars and as the villa is located on a non-through road there is little to no traffic passing the property.

We are located only 5 mins drive or 20 min walk from the main sea port in Balchik or 6 mins from the main town of Balchik where you have access to supermarkets and shops.

Balchik central beach is also within 8 mins by car or alternatively you can reach Albena resort in less than 15 mins or Golden Sands Resort in 25 mins. Varna is about 35/45 mins by car.

Our aim is to provide you with a relaxing peaceful location with all the modern needs of a home. Our property is setup to provide plenty of indoor space but also outdoor space including large grassy area, swimming pool and BBQ area which can be sealed off from the weather if needed.

Villa Utopia is also located within about 10 KM of three championship grade golf courses so makes it a great option for groups of golfers.
